Integration with the Acuity Scheduler

  1. Set up a Free Acuity calendar at https://www.acuityscheduling.com. Once set up, you will have access to a Scheduled Page Link.
  2. Create a new account at https://ivr.solutions/app. Once you have verified your email by clicking on the verification link, you will be logged in on the Admin Portal.
  3. On the main menu, click Create.
  4. Follow the steps to set up the basic info for your business.
  5. At the Integration step, choose Acuity.
  6. At the Acuity Scheduler link, enter the Scheduled Page Link from step 1.
  7. Finish the rest of the setup steps. At the end of the setup, you will be provided with instructions on how to test your new Phone Assistant.
