The Phone Assistant and its script are fully customizable. Below is an example of how the assistant works at a sample business.
Greetings
When the call is picked up, the assistant says:
Thank you for calling the Loving Veterinarian Clinic. To hear our availability and to request an appointment, Press 1. to listen to a list of our services, press 2. If you want us to call you back, Press 3
Appointment Availability
In Main Menu #1, the assistant reads out the available appointment slots:
Tuesday, May 1, 10am. If you want to request this appointment time, Press 1. to hear the next available appointment time, Press 2. to skip to the following day, Press 3. to hear this option again, Press 4.
Secure the Appointment Booking
After the caller selected a time slot, the assistant says:
To secure this appointment time, we can send a link to your mobile number, so you can complete the registration process. Press 1 to receive the link on your mobile number. Press 2 to go back to the main menu.
Caller Becomes Customer
Once the caller completes a simple registration process on the phone, he has successfully booked himself to use the service at the designated time. The booking system then sends him an email and SMS confirming the request, and will also send a message to remind him the day before the appointment.
