About us

Calvin and his wife Dr. Tiffany Ma own a house call veterinarian practice. They used to pick up phone calls whenever they are available. Fielding calls is time-consuming, and is not a good use of their time. It turns out that 80% of phone inquires were about appointment availability and pricing information. So Calvin created the first phone assistant to assist with providing those information.

The new phone assistant was a dream comes true for Tiffany. Now that the phone no longer rings, it gave her a peaceful state of mind to focus on caring for her patients. They also see that the technology is working. New businesses kept coming in, as callers were guided by the phone assistant to complete appointment registrations on their booking system. They saw a 20% increase in caller conversion in the first 3 months of implementing the virtual phone assistant.

Tiffany shared this news with other house call veterinarians, so other vets began adopting the technology. While our current clients are all veterinarians, it has the potential to be used by professionals in other industries as well.
